VisaRequest Pty Ltd merely acts as a Logistics Agent with the responsibility to receive from an applicant applying for a visa or permit, the applicant’s passport, completed visa form, supporting documentation and the applicable fees. We submit the application to the Department of Home Affairs, Embassy or Consulate, on behalf of the applicant, and when its ready, we collect the passport and supporting documents and return the passport back to the applicant by hand delivery or courier to an address recorded by the applicant on the system. Our services are provided in exchange for a fee which is paid to leverage our extensive expertise and knowledge in immigration processes.

VisaRequest advise its clients to book but not pay for flights and tours. The granting of a visa and duration it takes is the prerogative of the Government, Embassy or Consulate, and VisaRequest has no control over it.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information pertaining to their immigration case. The quality and accuracy of the information provided are crucial to our ability to provide effective services tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. A completed application delivered to, or collected by VisaRequest will, where possible, be scanned for completeness by VisaRequest staff before being submitted to the relevant authority for consideration. Failure to find errors or omissions on applications shall not be construed as a breach of service.

VisaRequest do hereby declare that they have no role whatsoever in the assessment of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the Department of Home Affairs, Embassy or Consulate. Therefore, VisaRequest is not liable for any delay in the processing or rejection of the visa or permit applications. Whilst every precaution is taken while handling the passport of the applicant and important documents submitted in support thereof, due to unforeseen events and circumstances, the passport and documents may be lost in transit by accident, theft, natural calamities or any other reason, VisaRequest will not be liable or responsible in any manner to the applicant.

The applicant accepts that the courier acceptance and delivery service is operated by a third-party, and VisaRequest does not assume any responsibility or liability for any deficiency in service on the part of the courier company. In the case where a passport is lost or damaged in transit, the liability of VisaRequest is restricted to the reimbursement of fees charged by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of South Africa, Embassy or Consulate for the replacement of lost or damaged passport through normal application procedure. VisaRequest shall not be responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage caused to the applicant due to loss of his/her passport and supporting documents.

Application fees, administrative fees and courier fees once paid by the applicant are not refundable. Where necessary, VisaRequest will disburse on behalf of the Customer, the funds necessary to cover the costs of such submission to the relevant authority. Once the travel document has been collected from the relevant authority, VisaRequest will return the travel documents to the Customer. Should the Customer not have the necessary credit facilities or be in arrears with payment, then VisaRequest has the right to hold such travel documents until such time that the Customer has settled its account. VisaRequest does not offer refunds for payments made toward visa or permit applications. In cases where an applicant finds it necessary to withdraw from their application due to unforeseen circumstances, we will consider refunds for disbursements made on behalf of the client. Please note that this refund is limited to disbursement expenses and does not include the service fees associated with the application process.

While we will make every effort to fulfil our obligations promptly, we cannot be held accountable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, actions or events such as third-party actions, natural disasters, explosions, fires, floods, or any other factors that fall outside the scope of our influence.

VisaRequest will provide to the Customer information regarding costs, requirements and application forms relating to the acquisition of a visa, permit or other required documents. This information will be provided to the best of VisaRequest’s ability and knowledge at the time, but VisaRequest will not be responsible should the information provided be in any way inaccurate or outdated.

It is expressly understood that when the applicant or representative of the applicant submits the passport, the visa form and the supporting documentation along with the applicable fees, the applicant will have read and understood the terms, conditions and details herein.
