Valid passport with at least two blank pages

Letter of employment from the employer in South Africa address to the Embassy confirming purpose and duration of the trip and the date of returning to work

Confirmed hotel booking(s) i.e. Reservations or

Three months bank account statements, baring the name and at least R1000 per day as proof of sufficient funds
