 Minor Children
Children younger that 18 years not travelling with both parents should submit a certified written consent from the parents, copy of their ID and an unabridged birth certificate of the child
 Flight Itinerary
Flight reservation including flight number and details of the first border of entry

 Employment Letter
Confirmation from your employer of your employment status, income and period of employment and approved leave
 Chest x-ray
If you are travelling for more than 3 months you will be required to submit a chest x-ray

Confirmed hotel reservation or itinerary

 Sufficient funds
Bank statements for the last three moths (No Internet or ATM statements or term / investment account statements)
 Police Clearance
If you have been convicted of any offenses a police certificate from the police authorities is required
